Information this website collects

This website does not maintain user accounts or a separate enquiry database. If you use the contact form, Zemi North collects your name, email address, general matter type, message, and any organization name you choose to provide. Cloudflare processes the submission and related security information to verify and deliver the enquiry to Zemi North's business email account.

How enquiry information is used

Enquiry information is used to assess service fit and potential conflicts, respond to you, arrange an initial discussion, protect the website and intake process, and meet applicable professional or legal obligations. It is not used for advertising. It may be disclosed to service providers that support website security, email delivery, or business communications, or when disclosure is authorized or required by law.

Retention and deletion

An unsuccessful or inactive enquiry is retained for 12 months after the last substantive contact and is then deleted, unless it must be retained longer for an unresolved conflict check, a security matter, a legal obligation, or an actual or anticipated proceeding. If an enquiry becomes an engagement, relevant information becomes part of the engagement record and is retained under the requirements applicable to that work.

Access and safeguards

Access is limited to people authorized by Zemi North who require the information for intake, administration, security, or professional obligations. Zemi North uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Website logs and analytics

Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, device information, requested pages, and security events. Zemi North does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising cookies.

Do not submit evidence

Do not send evidence, attachments, passwords, privileged material, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else through the website or in an unsolicited email. A secure transfer method will be arranged only after conflicts, authority, and scope have been addressed.

Privacy questions and requests

You may contact Zemi North to ask about the personal information held about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted. A request may be limited where retention or non-disclosure is required by law, professional obligation, security, privilege, or the rights of another person.
